| Zhejiang Jinhua Railway Signal Equipment
Co., Ltd. (JRS), founded in 1996, currently owns a total asset of
38.92 million RMB with a net asset of 19.51 million. Our company operates
an over 93,000 sq.ft. facility and has 69 employees, including 22
certified engineers. In addition, our company has established long-term
partnerships with eight manufacturers that give us a total production
capacity up to 100 million RMB per year. Our company has gone through
three major development stages:
1. Multi-Product Line Development (1996
- 1999)
In 1996, our company started with a single product, Fuse Converters,
and by the end of 1999, we had developed multi-product lines that
include Locomotive Signal Receiving Coil, Locomotive Signal Sending
Box, Signal head (frame), Signal Transformer and Filaments-Burnout
Alarming Device etc. Our market coverage expanded from two Chinese
railway state-bureaus, Shanghai and Nanchang, to eighteen Chinese
railway state-bureaus across China. Our registered capital grew
from the initial 500 thousand RMB to 5 million by the end of 1999.
2. Sustainable growth (2000 - 2003)
During this period, our company continued to increase the product
lines to include Signal Theostat, 25-Loop Track Circuit Series,
and Relay Unit and Unit Cabinet etc. Through actively participating
in public biddings, our company further expanded the market to 24
Chinese Railway Groups. Our registered capital continuously increased
to 10 million RMB.
3. Global Cooperation (2004 - present)
In 2004, our company started to cooperate with several research
universities and institutes in China to advance product innovation.
While keeping our strength in domestic market, we started our business
with several oversea customers in Europe and Africa. Most recently,
our annual sales have reached 50 million RMB and registered capital
has reached 20 million RMB.
